If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and the process to follow in order to request one.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Physical Goods: We offer a refund for physical products only if they are returned in new, unused condition, and with all original packaging within 24 hours of purchase for food items and within 30 days of purchase for retail items. You will need to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the product or if the product does not match the description, please contact us to request a resolution.
  • Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within this period, you can request a full refund. After the 30 day period, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will issue a full refund or replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product for assistance.

    • A description of the issue (e.g., defective product, incorrect item, or dissatisfaction with the service)

  1. Return Process (if applicable): If you are requesting a refund for a physical product, we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Refund Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.

4. Refund Processing Time

After your refund request is approved, please note the following:

  • Cash Payments: Cash refunds are available on the same day of a transaction. Afterwards, any "cash refund" will be returned as a store gift card or voucher in the exact amount of the original purchase price. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds to credit or debit cards can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds through other payment methods (e.g., Cash App, AfterPay, gift cards or vouchers) may take additional time depending on the processing times of those services.
